Billie comes to us from the Patina Group restaurant Pinot Bistro, where she learned her fine dining skills and was integral in writing their 250 bottle wine list. Wine is one of Billie's passions and she hopes to share that passion with O-Bar's patrons. Having been in the hospitality industry for more that 16 years, Billie's main focus is guest satisfaction. She is committed to maintaining O-Bar's reputation for friendly and knowledgeable service.
